Our work is spread across the UK allowing us to service national contracts with a consistent and intelligent approach.  We have developed, over the past two decades, detailed market knowledge of the nuances of the labour markets in the majority of towns and cities across the UK.  Equally, we are keenly aware of which attraction techniques are most effective in specific markets.

Evo are never complacent, our approach with all of our clients is to accurately predict outcome at each stage of the recruitment process and constantly build in contingency anticipating a degree of failure at each stage of the recruitment process and have a contingency plan in place should it actually happen.  In this way, we are always confident of delivering a result.

Evo work with some of the UK’s most prestigious and well known charities.  The Challenge, Shelter, British Red Cross, Marie Curie, Oxfam, RNIB, and SCOPE are all key accounts for us and have been, in many cases, for many years.  We have developed new relationships for pilots and projects with smaller local charities such as St Mungo’s, Leonard Cheshire, St Oswald’s and Sense Scotland. 

We work with a number of national train operating companies and other transport/hospitality organisations including Eurostar, South West Trains, Rail Gourmet and Chiltern Railways. 

We provide bespoke recruitment services for a number of large, medium and boutique organisations across the UK and internationally.  We are as confident recruiting for large volumes nationally as we are in searching for very specific, niche requirements.
